Based in Bloemfontein, we are a subsidiary of the Raubex Group. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in stock control to join our team.  If you are experienced in inventory control, we would love to hear from you. This role offers a market related salary and the chance to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be working from the central workshop based in Bloemfontein.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12.

• 5 Years inventory experience in earthmoving.

• Any formal certified training will be beneficial.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

• Good communications skills and multilingual is advantageous.

• Be willing to work under pressure.

• Able to plan tasks, be efficient and productive.

• Be self-driven

• Be prepared to work overtime when required.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Ensuring a high standard of housekeeping is maintained in and around the yard.

Ensuring yard infrastructure is kept at a high standard including security measures.

Yard layout and capacity

Manage yard staff.

Oversee picking, packing and labelling of orders.

Document all yard Items.

Ensuring all documentation is done (receiving, dispatching and stock control) to manage yard.

Loss Control management.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the yard.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Liaise with controllers regarding loading and off-loading times and addresses.

• Daily, weekly, monthly reports are submitted to management as required.
