A Cost Estimate is the approximation of the cost of a program, project, or operation. The cost estimate is the product of the cost estimating process. The cost estimate has a single total value and may have identifiable component values. A problem with a cost overrun can be avoided with a credible, reliable, and accurate cost estimate. An estimator is the professional who prepares cost estimates and tenders.
Raubex Infra has such a person. The Estimator assists the company in obtaining tenders, adjudicating their worth and compiling such tenders. The Estimator obtains costs, documents, visits sites and prepares the tenders for finalization by the Business Unit Managers prior to the Managing Director signing them off.
Raubex Infra’s path to certification started with ISO 9001. After nearly a decade of development and refinement our now Integrated Management System has developed into a flexible but yet robust management system which is applicable across a board spectrum of project’s regardless of their scope and scale.
Our management system is implemented by dedicated quality representatives on each of our projects to ensure adherence to employer requirements. Verification of adherence to compliance obligations across all sites is overseen by a dedicated SHEQ Department who assess each site on a regular basis.
