JOB POSITION: PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
Based in Bloemfontein, with a subsidiary of the Raubex Group. We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be working with the Renewables Energy Business Unit within Raubex Infra.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Formal qualification: National Diploma or Degree.
Computer literate - MS Office (Advanced level)
Extensive experience in MS Projects.
At least 5 Years experience, business management, procurement and supplier contracting.
Experience in sourcing and maintaining international suppliers.
Experience in:
Import and Export procedures.
Customs and Logistics.
Custom brokers.
Construction experience in neighbouring countries.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player
A valid Driver's License and own reliable transport
Prepared to relocate to Bloemfontein and travel regularly to construction sites
South African citizen.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Procurement of equipment in the Renewable Energy Sector.
Estimating and compilation of costing for bids, compliant with specifications.
Preparation of templates for construction allowables & cashflow as required for awarded projects.
Compilation of project milestones and associated cashflow.
Compiling and negotiating supply agreements.
Ensure adherence to group policies and procedures.
Ensure administration function is properly executed.
Support the business development team in procuring and managing all materials and related equipment from suppliers abroad and local from port of origin to the relevant site, including all related applicable logistics.
