Based in Bloemfontein, we are a subsidiary of the Raubex Group. We are looking for a Document Controller who will be based at our Centurion Offices, working on projects with Civils, Electrical and Mechanical activities within Raubex Infra. The Individual will be an office-based Document Controller. The Document Controller will report to the Bid Coordinator and be responsible for general administration and other related tasks.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•South African citizen.
•Grade 12.
•A minimum of 3 Years Administrative Training.
•Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
•A minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative roles.
•Excellent communications skills and multilingual is adventitious.
•Be willing to work under pressure.
•Able to plan tasks, be efficient and productive.
•Be self-driven
•Be prepared to work overtime when required.
JOB SPECIFICATION

•Register and track all documents submitted to client for approval.
•Provide daily feedback on position of submitted documents.
•Receive documents from various departments within company, assign tracking details and ensure submission to client for approval.
•Provide timeous feedback to various departments on acceptance or rejection of documents and follow documents through various revisions to acceptance.
•Interact with client and understand current and future requirements for document submissions.
•Assist with general administrative works as may be required.
•Attend meetings between company and employer as may be required virtually and report on document flow progress.
•Attend training as may be required by company and client.
•Scan, copy and upload documents into digital formats as required.
•Maintaining of company document management system for specified projects on SharePoint or other platforms.
•Check documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting and compliance to client standards.
•Control access to sensitive or confidential information and managing permissions.
•Electronic filing of reports and other documents.
•Ensuring secure disposal of outdated documents.
